When I first contracted with Progressive Remodeling to have a front porch installed this spring, I never dreamed the outcome would be so much more than I had expected.

First, I was very impressed by the fact that you always arrived at least 15-20 minutes ahead of your starting time to get the tools and materials set up that were required for the work that was scheduled for the day, and the fact that I could depend on you to be there every day... rain or shine! That is dedication!

Then as the days progressed, I noticed all the extra details in the designs, and the finishing touches you paid attention to that greatly enhanced the beauty and appearance of the porch. That is taking pride in your work! You seemed to know exactly what I had in mind as to style and appearance. That is caring about getting to know your customer! When I asked you to design the famous lattice panel with shutters, I said in so many words "I've already seen what you can do, so know you can do it! You never "shuttered" at any of my requests (pardon the pun)... You made it your personal mission to fulfill my "wish list" which you did in a very professional manner.

I also thank you for your patience when every day I greeted you with a "good morning", which was followed by a slew of detailed questions I has as to how...why...when...where, etc., and you passed all my scrutiny with flying colors!

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate and enjoyed your working on this project of mine, and hope to have an opportunity to schedule future projects in which I would like you to be part of.
