Mirror is a polyester film suspended in the air space
between the two panes of insulating glass. It's hard
to see with your eyes but the performance is quite apparent.
Depending on the glazing system chosen for your Kensington
window, you can achieve a center of glass R-value of
9.09**.
Depending on the glazing system chosen for your
Kensington Window, you can block 99.5% of all harmful
UV rays. These rays can also damage interior fabrics,
furniture, and draperies.
Foam Filled Frames and Sashes
 In
selected Kensington window systems, the hollows inside
the vinyl frame and sash is filled with Kensington Natural
Foam™. This foam improves the thermal performance
of Kensington's vinyl frames to an insulating factor
of R-25*.
